Health and Safety
Trainers or participants must be free of any chronic illnesses or health conditions that would prevent them from diving.
A medical declaration form must be completed before starting any course or experience.
Punctuality
Specified course or experience times must be adhered to. Late arrivals may result in cancellation without refund.
It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
Cancellation and Refunds
No refunds are available after the reservation is confirmed, unless cancelled by the center.
Reservations may be rescheduled to another date by notifying the center at least 48 hours in advance.
Age Requirements
The minimum age for participating in courses or experiences is 10 years old. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
Instructions and Equipment
All instructor instructions must be adhered to during the course or experience.
Participants are responsible for maintaining the equipment received during the activity.
Weather and Sea Conditions
The center reserves the right to change dive schedules or cancel any activity in the event of adverse weather or sea conditions, to ensure the safety of participants.
Disclaimer
The participant acknowledges full personal responsibility during the dive activities and releases the center and its instructors from any legal or medical liability resulting from injury or accidents, provided the procedures and instructions provided are adhered to.
PADI Form
Anyone booking a dive experience or course is required to complete a PADI-approved questionnaire before the activity begins. Participation is prohibited without completing and agreeing to the form.
